Le thème de cette conférence concerne les dernières avancées dans le domaine des défauts dans les matériaux massifs, les films minces et les nano-structures. Les applications technologiques seront également représentées en parallèle des aspects plus fondamentaux. L’objectif d’ICDIM2016 est de rassembler des scientifiques des secteurs académiques et privés et d’échanger librement les nouveaux résultats ou nouvelles idées qui permettront d’obtenir des avancées significatives dans le domaine des phénomènes liés aux défauts dans les matériaux à grands GAP.

SCIENTIFIC TOPICS

The scope of the Conference is the presentation of the latest investigations on point and extended defects in bulk materials, thin films and nano-structures. Technological applications will be presented alongside fundamental measurements and theories. The ICDIM 2016 brings together scientists from both academic institutions and industry. The meeting aims at a free exchange of new results and ideas for advancing the development of the field of defect-related phenomena in wide band-gap materials. The main scientific areas include:
